Educators dedicate themselves each day to supporting the academic, social, and emotional needs of their students, often at the expense of their own well-being. This interactive session focuses on helping educators recognize the importance of caring for themselves so they can continue showing up for others. Participants will explore how their own life experiences can influence their work, relationships, and responses to stress. 
Participants will examine the signs and impact of compassion fatigue and burnout, learn practical self-care strategies that promote resilience, improve work-life balance, strengthen healthy boundaries, and prioritize their own mental health sustain their emotional and professional well-being.
