Geoscience and environmental education help students understand Earth systems, environmental change, and human landscape interactions. This hands-on session introduces Google Earth as a powerful, free classroom tool,  no prior experience required, all skill levels welcome.Participants will learn platform basics including navigation, adding layers (topographic maps, cities, rivers), Street View, historical imagery, and measurement tools. These features support exploration of environmental processes such as erosion, flooding, land use change, and landscape evolution.The session will then shift to curriculum examples showing how Google Earth integrates into meaningful science and environmental education experiences. Limitations of the platform, including imagery resolution, temporal inconsistencies, and the need for careful visual interpretation will be addressed.Participants will leave with practical strategies and ready-to-use materials for immediate classroom implementation.
