Strong literacy outcomes rarely come from a single initiative done well. They come from four elements, professional learning, data use, collaborative structures, and high-quality standards-aligned instructional materials, working together on purpose. This series is designed to build principals' understanding of how these elements function individually and how they create traction when they work in harmony. Through case study analysis, systems-thinking activities, and applied reflection, principals will examine what's already working in their buildings, where elements may be operating in isolation, and what intentional alignment could look like moving forward.
