About me
I'm Matthew Tulley, a Monte Vista, CO native driven by the mantra 'leave people better than how you found them.' I hold a BA in Clinical Psychology (Adams State University) and an MS in Positive Psychology (Arizona State University). After nearly 5 years in child welfare (Foster Care Coordinator/Supervisor at Alamosa DHS), I shifted to system change work. As San Luis Valley Interagency Oversight Group Director, I reduce service duplication and drive collaboration in the San Luis Valley. Leveraging extensive system connections, I aim to bolster wraparound services and community integration, ultimately preventing families from falling through systemic cracks. Outside work, I support and lead San Luis Valley Pride, practice yoga, travel and spend time with my fiancé.
