Veronica Starcher, M.A. Is a COMTSS Specialist at the Colorado Department of Education, she has 20 years teaching experience in elementary music, math/reading interventions, and online courses, 16 years implementing and supporting Schook Wide and Classroom PBIS, 5 years co-lead COMTSS District Coordinator, 9 years as adjunct professor of music education at Adams State University.
