SLV Fall Educators Conference 2026

This session is for school and district administrators working with student engagement who want a room of colleagues to think alongside them.


This session is not a presentation. It is a working group. In teams of three, you will bring a real challenge from your building or district and put it in front of colleagues who understand the work. Using the Mastermind Problem of Practice protocol from the SLV Principal PLC, each person gets focused time, honest questions, and ideas from peer leaders.


You will leave with next steps you named yourself, a protocol you can run with your own team on Monday, and two colleagues who now know what you are working on.
